b3038a0a41 Add digests for all packages 
Also fix test-packages: it was saving the output from CT_DoLog into
the checksum file. Also use one file per version.

d0ff020e23 Fixes for building 
- Need GDB8.0 milestone
- Make uClibc "master" package
- Rename bionic -> android-ndk to match the package name and
  support suffixes for archives
