Alexey Neyman	86c2982568	Run patches thru manage-packages -P ... This refreshes the line numbers, removes any fuzz (which would make any future forward ports easier) and standardizes the patch/file headers (which makes them easier to read). Alexey Brodkin	fb1736fb48	glibc-2.30: Re-add ARC support ... So again due to non-technical reasons (lack of public documentation of ARC instruction set which we actively work on but no yet published) we missed upstream 2.30 release.
