40d5bf6440 Add moxiebox as a choice for libc
This required some rework of the libc selection, as moxiebox is a layer on
top of another libc - newlib.

Also, moxiebox'es host VM (`sandbox`) needs a libcrypto on the host. We will
not have it if we're cross-compiling a canadian cross. Fortunately, all moxiebox
needs from libcrypto is SHA256, and it already includes a standalone implementation
of SHA256 in its runtime. Provide a little wrapper that allows moxiebox use
that implementation for the host binary, too.

Also, automate collecting/printing the list of all packages in a given category
(e.g. LIBC or COMP_TOOLS), generate a list of all Kconfig symbols for a given
category.

7b929a528e Disallow linux versions before 4.8 for ARC
Inspired by a similar fix for AArch64 in 481cbaac9b.

The point is in Linux v4.8 we introduced new ABIv4 which is now used in
both Linux kernel and up-to-date GNU tools for ARC (based on GCC 6.x+).
See [1] for more details.

36bb675a71 More fixes after the upgrades:
- GLIBC requires a fix to work with binutils 2.30 on aarch64. This fix
relies on binutils 2.24 or newer, which is okay for glibc 2.26 since
it needs 2.25 or newer anyway. But older glibc versions are now pinned
to binutils 2.29 or older on aarch64.
- xtensa needs patches in libgcc with gcc 7.3.
- comment in newlib's patch to indicate it is a reversal of a commit.

MPC vs MPFR dependencies required modifications in auto-generated templates

Also correct MPC URLs, the website seems to have adjusted its directory
layout.

Currently, newlib 3.0.0 doesn't build for arm-nano-eabi.

602304b230 Use the new SuperH fixes in the two multilib samples
- Glibc configure args and tuple need adjustment on SuperH
- Only allow "both endian" and "with CPU" for unspecified arch
variant. May reconsider endianness (was breaking things before
  adjusting glibc tuple)
- Retire non-multilib sample, it should be a subset of the
  multilib one now.

413f5f6100 Super-H multilib toolchain fixes
1. On SuperH, configuring GCC with explicit variant of the CPU
(like "sh4") limits the default set of multilibs to just that CPU
and requires --with-multilib-list to change. Allow for "unspecified"
variant, so that we can defer to GCC to determine the list.

2. Support toolchains with both endiannesses at the same time.

3. Add a SuperH/newlib sample

4. Add more flags processing for uClibc

b0f14b0dfa config: Show crosstool-NG version in .config
This was previously available in 6c62da4803 but was then removed
in cb7fcbe1ef. Add it back since it will be helpful if the user
wants to hide the crosstool-NG version in the pkgversion.

To get the new version, a defconfig from "ct-ng savedefconfig" or
"ct-ng oldconfig" must be used in combination with "ct-ng menuconfig"
or "ct-ng nconfig".

1d724767bd config: Add package versioning flexibility
Some users (like myself) may want to omit the crosstool-NG version
from the binaries' versioning output, as it can be incredibly long

- crosstool-NG version (default)
- crosstool-NG version - custom toolchain ID
- Custom toolchain ID
- No crosstool-NG version OR custom toolchain ID

ff0a1a3da6 Switch gen-kconfig to new framework
Also:
- Move companion_* to comp_* to match the kconfig symbols
- Replace bootstrap with former gen-versions.sh
- Fold *.in.2 into their respective first parts; this moves common
options to the end - if it is undesirable, inclusion of *.in
can be moved where *.in.2 used to be (but that will also move
  version selection after common options).
- Retire addToolVersion.sh (may later replace with a more
comprehensive script that tries to download the added tarballs,
copy the patches and try to apply them, and create a version.desc).

16d166c2c8 Force wide char support in uClibc if GDB8 is enabled
GDB8 (or rather gnulib that is a part of it) provides a fallback mbstate_t

These two definitions conflict with each other.

Make this behavior default in case the core gcc backend is used
for final compiler (i.e., for baremetal configurations). Not
setting this option breaks canadian baremetal configurations,
and not setting it makes little sense at all in any baremetal
configuration (since in baremetal we don't have any libc to begin
with).

97a20eed5c Disallow duma/ltrace/strace for bionic
Allow cross-gdb and gdbserver. This requires removal of an explicit
check that disables gdbserver on android. However, the comment above
that check refers to exec_elf.h, which has been removed since API level
19. It builds fine with current selection of the sample (21). Only
build-tested, hope someone can give it a try and report back.

We can fine tune the check for GDB but I'll leave it for now.

105e4b59b7 Get rid of config.gen
Instead, prepare the files as a part of bootstrap and install them.
This avoids rebuilding these files in each working directory; they
don't change anyway as they are generated from the same installed
source.

2c0fb22641 Generate config/configure.in directly
from configure rather than substitute it from Makefile. Eventually we
might want to get rid of configure.in completely, doing on-the-fly
checks at the time of `ct-ng build`, but that is left for another day.

7111f95dc3 MinGW-W64 fixes
- libpthread requires iteration over multilibs, unlike the core, it
does not detect and build multilibs by itself.

- Disable parallel builds for mingw-w64 components; until mingw-w64 core
builds clean, I am not trusting it.

- Make the list of tools to build configurable

- Turn on multilib in x86_64 sample.

- Make warnings about tuple less redundant. As in, "one WARN is enough,
no need to shout it three times".

- Messages about various steps/substeps are more aligned with the rest
of the components.

- Use 'make' instead of ${make} to invoke the companion make just built,
if applicable.

e9661686a6 Remove explicit core passes selection for multilib
