Patch from upstream. Bug didn't exist in 2.14.1 and fix is already
applied in 2.16.

Add digests for all packages

Also fix test-packages: it was saving the output from CT_DoLog into
the checksum file. Also use one file per version.

Fix regressions after binutils 2.29

Binutils 2.29 are more picky about versioning of common symbols.
Fix two offenders in glibc versions as applicable.
