openrisc: Initial OpenRISC 1000 support
This target is in GCC/binutils/Linux/Glibc/musl for a while. Baremetal/glibc/musl toolchains are all build tested. Signed-off-by: Jiaxun Yang <jiaxun.yang@flygoat.com>
