Make comp.libs use generated templates, too This allows us to include the component-to-package relation in the generated kconfig files and make use of that information in the show-config.sh script. Sort out ISL/CLooG dependencies. Source-wise, both CLooG and GCC depend on ISL, and GCC may depend on CLooG. However, GCC may or may not require CLooG (GCC5 dropped this dependency). Also, all GCC4.x releases build fine with any of the CLooG releases we have. With all that in mind, it is easier to specify ISL dependency on particular GCC releases; and CLooG dependency (if applicable) on ISL.
