Bump version to 1.0.0. I consider crosstool-NG to be stable enough that a 1.0.0 release is acceptable. I've been using it daily since a long time without really serious _crosstool-NG_ bug (although there are a few minor ones). There is still a lot of work, especially with Super-H and IA64 support, which are both marked EXPERIMENTAL. Enjoy!
