Fix debuild warnings/errors - Update .gitignore, do not place .gitignore into directories installed in bulk - Remove executable permissions and shebangs from the scripts that are supposed to be invoked only via ct-ng frontent; prepend them with $(bash). Get rid of config.gen Instead, prepare the files as a part of bootstrap and install them. This avoids rebuilding these files in each working directory; they don't change anyway as they are generated from the same installed source.
