Standalone Shell

To build this from the command line on Unix or MacOS:

 Run ``./gradlew tools:shell-cli:buildShellCli`` to create a fat JAR in  ``tools/shell-cli/build/libs``

To build this from the command line on Windows:

 Run ``gradlew tools:shell-cli:buildShellCli`` to create a fat JAR in  ``tools/shell-cli/build/libs``
