fd7d58f89a Clean up lockfiles on takeLock step failure
We don't want any Supervisor lockfiles to remain on the device
when a takeLock step fails because this would interfere with the user app.

fb1bd33ab6 Refine update locking interface
* Remove Supervisor lockfile cleanup SIGTERM listener
* Modify lockfile.getLocksTaken to read files from the filesystem
* Remove in-memory tracking of locks taken in favor of filesystem
* Require both `(resin-)updates.lock` to be locked with `nobody` UID
for service to count as locked by the Supervisor

e6df78a22b Implement takeLock composition step + tests
This commit only implements the action that a takeLock step
results in. It does not add takeLock step generation logic
to the state funnel yet.

f2843e1382 Add update lock release functionality to state funnel
releaseLock is a step that will be inferred if there are services
in target state, and if some of those services have locks taken by
the Supervisor.

The releaseLock composition step calls the method of the same name
in the updateLock module, which takes the exclusive process lock before
disposing all Supervisor lockfiles in the target appId.

This is half of the update lock incorporation into the state funnel, as
we also need to introduce a takeLock step which triggers during crucial
stages of device state transition.

6217546894 Update typescript to v5
This also updates code to use the default import syntax instead of
`import * as` when the imported module exposes a default. This is needed
with the latest typescript version.

988a1c9e9a Update @balena/lint to v7
This updates balena lint to the latest version to enable eslint support
and unblock Typescript updates. This is a huge number of changes as the
linting rules are much more strict now, requiring modifiying most files
in the codebase. This commit also bumps the test dependency `rewire` as
that was interfering with the update of balena-lint

6ee606806d Fix docker utils tests for docker v25
From docker 25, the engine will validate IPAM config. This would cause
the docker utils test to fail since the network/subnet configuration was
incorrect.

49ee1042a8 Mount boot partition into container on Supervisor start
As the Supervisor is a privileged container, it has access to host /dev, and therefore has access
to boot, data, and state balenaOS partitions. This commit sets up the framework for the following:

- Finds the /dev partition that corresponds to each partition based on partition label
- Mounts the partitions into set mountpoints in the device
- Removes reliance on env vars and mountpoints provided by host's start-balena-supervisor script
- Simplifies host path querying by centralizing these queries through methods in lib/host-utils.ts

This particular changes env vars for and mounts the boot partition.

Since the Supervisor would no longer rely on container `run` arguments provided by a host script,
this change moves Supervisor closer to being able to start itself (Supervisor-as-an-app).

84a9e7e9ac Replace BALENA-FIREWALL rule in INPUT chain instead of flushing
The issue with the original Supervisor implementation of the firewall is that
on Supervisor start, the Supervisor flushes the INPUT chain of the filter table.
This doesn't play well with services that add to the INPUT chain on startup that
may start up before the Supervisor, such as certain NetworkManager connection
profiles. This change only replaces the BALENA-FIREWALL rule in the INPUT chain,
preserving the other rules as well as their order.

1867b74bd7 Migrate config module tests to integration
This commit also changes the test:integration command to run integration
tests as different processes. This allows to avoid any test leaking into
each-other because of the use of singletons. This however has the side
effect of tests being slower, but that is a forcing function to refactor
the code.

f19f70d690 Migrate update-lock tests as integration tests
Update-lock tests now use the actual filesystem for testing, instead of
relying on stubs and spies.

This commit also fixes a small bug with update-lock that would cause a
`PromiseRejectionHandledWarning` when the lock callback would throw.

c1e6dadeb4 Create test/unit and test/integration folders
This sets up the new `test/unit` and `test/integration` folders
and starts classification of some of the test files.

Note that unit tests include, `fs-utils` and `system-info` tests.

While these tests interact with the filesystem, the implementation
of these modules is simple enough, and the tests are fast enough to
allow these tests to fall under the `unit` test category (according to
test/README)
