This is useful in the scenario when the user is using the CLI in an environment in which he/she doesn't have access to a web browser, like a headless server or a Vagrant development environment.

This might require elevated privileges in some environments.
$ npm install -g resin-cli
Login
$ resin login
List available commands
$ resin help
Run the quickstart wizard
Run as root on UNIX based systems, and in an administrator command line prompt in Windows.
$ resin quickstart
