All contributions to this project will be released as follows:

1. If you are a U.S. government employee on active duty, then your changes are exempt from copyright in the U.S. and will be released under the [Apache 2.0](https://github.com/nsacyber/HIRS/blob/master/LICENSE.md) license.
1. If you are a not a U.S. government employee on active duty, then your changes will be released under the [Apache 2.0](https://github.com/nsacyber/HIRS/blob/master/LICENSE.md) license.
